1. Purpose of Agreement

To outline the terms, benefits, and expectations for businesses or individuals participating as a Member of CDBA.

3. Participation Terms

Member agree to:
✅ Maintain a respectful, professional presence
✅ Participate in CDBA programs and events as available
✅ Understand that general membership does not include guaranteed services or personalized business consulting

4. Communication & Privacy

By enrolling, you agree to receive CDBA updates, event invitations, and network announcements.

You may unsubscribe at any time.

I consent to receive communications, including text messages, from the CDBA and its referred service providers, and I understand that I may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. Term & Modifications

Membership is ongoing and may be terminated by either party. CDBA may update terms with prior notice.

6. Code of Conduct

Members must uphold CDBA’s values of inclusion, integrity, and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from membership.

7. Use of Logos & Trademarks

Members and CDBA may use each other’s logos only for co‑promotional purposes. Any other use requires prior written approval.

8. Representation of Affiliation

Members may state affiliation with CDBA as a Member but may not claim endorsement or partnership status without written authorization.

9. Use of CDBA Platforms & Materials

Members may access public‑facing resources such as event listings, spotlight forms, and other shared materials. Use of CDBA branding for promotional purposes must be pre‑approved. Misuse may lead to removal.

10. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing up as a Members, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including:
